Channel Rescanning
The full digital TV broadcast was scheduled to commence on 1 December 2021, with six TV program channels to migrate to new transmitting frequencies in order to vacate their existing radio spectrum for the provision of telecommunication services.

Colour Palette
Since the general public could experience loss of signals on their digital TV during April to November prior to the migration, we produced an animation to explain what they could do if they needed to rescan those channels on their televisions. We wanted to create a video that served as a friendly reminder, and used bright colours and amicable characters in the video to clearly convey the essential message.
