Transport Department – Safety Advice

The Transport Department is the authority for administering the Road Traffic Ordinance and legislation for the management of road traffic, regulation of public transport services and operation of major transport infrastructures.

As a way to promote safety on the road, we produced an Announcement for Public Interest (API) for the general public to generate awareness of how the drivers should be driving on the road.

We combined watercolor and live-shooting to make the video to be visually pleasant yet interesting. Watercolor is often regarded as a master medium, its vibrancy and translucent nature creates a calming effect. The demonstration of appropriate driving techniques and advice are clearly explained so as to make the information easy for the audience to understand.
