Hong Kong Qualifications Framework

Vocational Training Council (VTC) launched a seven-level hierarchy Qualifications Framework (HKQF) to provide recognition and conversion in the academic, vocational and continuing education sectors. We are dedicated to develop an easily-digested animation explainer for it and resonated with target audience by making an analogy between the HKQF and our daily transport network.
